Dr. Atalinder Singh Bindra, DDS, Periodontist

Dr. Atalinder Singh Bindra is a periodontist with advanced expertise in dental implants, periodontal therapy, and regenerative procedures. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a General Practice Residency at UMDNJ/Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Driven by a passion for implant dentistry, Dr. Bindra pursued extensive advanced training at New York University, completing comprehensive programs in surgical and prosthetic implantology, as well as certification in enteral sedation. He later earned his Periodontics Specialty Certificate from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.

With years of clinical experience across New York and New Jersey, Dr. Bindra brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care. He is the founder of Amaltas Dental / Alpine Periodontics & Implants in Middlesex, New Jersey, where he focuses on delivering precise, minimally invasive, and evidence-based periodontal and implant treatments.

Dr. Bindra is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He regularly participates in national and international conferences and has trained in live implant surgeries both in the U.S. and abroad. Known for his calm demeanor and attention to detail, Dr. Bindra is dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term oral health with confidence and comfort.
